Spectacular Wildwood Falls – Row River

Wildwood Falls

Spectacular Wildwood Falls are located on Willamette Foothills in Lane County, 20 miles east of Cottage Grove. The scenic destination on the Row River features wide beautiful waterfalls, basalt cliffs, hard rocks and colorful deep pool. Wildwood provides great opportunities for hiking, climbing, swimming, cliff jumping, scuba diving and picnicking.

Wildwood Falls are known for being one of the best swimming holes in Oregon. However, cliff jumping and swimming here is associated with high risks. Swimming below the falls is dangerous. Behind the falls, there is a small underwater cave which could trap and suck a swimmer. Do not swim when water levels are high. A board in Wildwood Falls Park is devoted to the memory of ten people who lost their lives at Wildwood Falls.

Consisting of the four distinct segments, 15-foot-high Wildwood Falls cascade via channels over basalt cliffs into the beautiful pool.

Access to Wildwood Falls is available either from Wildwood Falls or Lasells Stewart Parks. An annual or a day-use pass is required for both parks. You can buy it online.
